first this time!
ОтветитьFlare of denial looked so good game one
ОтветитьI'm trying this deck in this period in paper and I must say that once you learn to "think" as the deck asks you, it's really performing and resilient, the only problem is the constant unpacking and repacking of the lands. LOL
Ответитьits funny because I saw a weird, kinda janky version of this deck from some content creator ages ago and I always thought it seemed like a pretty funny, very nearly uninterruptible strategy. Cool to see it performing in modern at such a high level!
ОтветитьYou went all in with Tameshi without counting mana and that hurt you. Once you hit not having enough to win, I would have just bounced Kavu with Sink. I think Whir for another Bloom is a line but very risky as you cant block Kavu and you are dead to any burn. And those lines are just because I wasn't smart enough to remember Portable Hole was an artifact, so Whir for that was probably correct. Ultimately you should have lost that game anyway because opp should have looked at your deck the game they lost, saw Tameshi, and exiled Bloom the prior turn with their Kavu attack. If you dont know opp's deck and it literally gets fully revealed, you should look. Fun video to watch/listen to while searching bulk
ОтветитьI always thought that this deck was too weak against consign but then realized that whir gets around it, and is easily found with fallaji and trainer. Previously thought the selective plus jace line was the only way around consign in the blue MDFC archetype.
ОтветитьR1 opp chose rec sage over yawg. 😢
Ответитьthat last game was very stressful to watch haha, nice video
ОтветитьAny thoughts on the creature based version vs the one with more free counterspells after playing both? Feels good to have creatures that dig, but flare feels worse than pact when you go off. For now I can't tell which is better.
ОтветитьSto bagaglio di mazzo l ho foilato tutto ... Mi piaceva troppo l'idea! Spero sia buono per i prossimi tornei!
ОтветитьWhat deck is better?
- Tameshi + Whir
- Belcher + Selective Memory + Thassa/Jace
???
Mengu: Not possible yo brick.
MTGO: So I took that personally.
From my experience playing Ad Nauseam back in the day (a deck that played Bloom and Prism) if you were cutting out the mana accelerants you wanted to cut Bloom on the draw (because it was slow, and Prism helped you catch back up) and Prism on the play (because Bloom is much better on the play).
But this deck might be a little different with having Whir… so I can see just boarding out most of the Prisms in games 2-3.
Got my RC invite with this deck last week, super fun and strong deck!
Ответить-29 damage (+...di piu)
ОтветитьTime for sideboard Sphinx's Tutelage for the mirror XD
ОтветитьI don't know if I am just blanking on it, is there a way to download the decklist from the links you post Mengu?
ОтветитьLast turn, last game, don't block with tameshi i think. Blue zoo has no burn. Keep flare of denial up
ОтветитьWhy does blood moon do nothing for this deck?
