Damn, you gotta love American business practices. A small city in Massachusetts (god that's hard to say) is using its COVID relief money on getting TMNT sewer covers to help bring people back to the small businesses in the area.

As an avid fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, I completly support this genius idea and really hope my town follows suit (I'm not kidding).
