This is a good test but can we pick the vibe up a little bit next time Evo? I've seen more enthusiastic cancer research adverts.
ОтветитьReally like the younger commentator, can feel his appreciation for the cars.
ОтветитьBeautiful cars, inane 'journalists'. Do they actually make a living stating the bleeding obvious?
Ответитьthat gtr should be replaced by a 34..then u get the right era. the real gem of them all is the 22b.
ОтветитьWhere are the Acura/Honda NSX,
Miata, and S2000
Nsx?
ОтветитьOnly clicked to hear that glorious V10
ОтветитьIt's not as bad as when it came out but the LFA's design is still a pretty challenging wank.
ОтветитьLove the LFA; hate the LFA.
It wasn’t ‘no expense spared’ – they ran out of money.
Or to be more precise, wasted a fortune developing and making their own carbonfibre, in a bespoke factory.
Which is why the LFA has a cost-saving crappy old single-clutch paddle-shift gearbox, whereas the GT-R has a DCT.
Should’ve outsourced to a motorsport-grade carbonfibre specialist, of which there’re obviously many globally, and then diverted saved ¥ into a DCT built by Aisin, Toyota’s in-house gearbox manufacturer.
See they can't make electric cars that capture your soul like these.
ОтветитьGreat vid Evo. I'd love to see a 90s JDM special. This was the golden era. Impreza, Evo, 200sx, Supra, NSX, GTR, Rx7.... Come on, please do this. I'd even lend you my S14a stage 1a 200sx... 270 bhp, 1265kg, rwd with handling upgrades by Nismo.. Very similar stats to the 22b... Except rwd. massive smiles per mile too 😁😁😁
ОтветитьNobody cares about anything else but the sound of that LFA the default winner
ОтветитьNo competition in my eyes, the GTR was always called Godzilla for a damned food reason! It was literally all conquering! It would destroy the other two no matter which road, track or autobahn you chose to race on.
Ответитьthe sound of that v10...omg....
ОтветитьI see LFA I click play
ОтветитьI don't think the LFA should be in there. NSX without fail should have been in there. I am lucky enough to have a friend who owns one. I've spent a lot of time driving it. Hands down the best sports car I have ever driven!
ОтветитьI don't agree. Two out of these three have an automatic...
ОтветитьI could be misremembering but back in the day a lot of reviewers rated the 22B as a bit of a miss compared to say RB5. Perhaps modern rubber and exposure to 20 years of less engaging stuff in the meantime has changed that. Bloody awesome either way.
ОтветитьJapanese cars are all RUBBISH and CRAP.
Ответитьwhere exactly are these roads please?
ОтветитьNot opening with the LFA's engine note was a huge miss. How is that not the open of the video, instead they cut to the guys goofy ass face.
ОтветитьJust brilliant 👌🏻
ОтветитьStill can't beat a 500hp porsche around nurbergring.
Keep your ladyboy cars.
Great cars, but sorry guys you don't need the music, get rid of it.
Ответитьputting front plate on a LFA should be a crime
ОтветитьExcellent video. So many people must be kicking themselves for not buying an LFA when they were 'cheap.' Major props to Mr Toyota for signing it off though😎
Ответить22B for life.
ОтветитьEvo still bringing us the best cars reviews and shots after all these years. Thank You!!
ОтветитьWhy are comments turned off the newest video?
ОтветитьEVO magazine just turned the comments section off on the new Renault Alpine A110 video, I don’t know why, I hope they haven’t gone woke 😅 as publication it has unfortunately lost its way and it’s been one continuous down hill since Harry’s days.
ОтветитьNSX anyone
Ответитьwhy are the comments disabled on the alpine video?
ОтветитьWhy are comments turned off on the new Alpine ad, sorry I mean video?
ОтветитьAmazing video and wonderful story be great people. Thank you
ОтветитьThe LFA and R35GTR are forever legendary.😢
ОтветитьHad the chance to buy a 22B at the nadir of the GFC in 2008/09 for ~£12k. I have no idea what they are worth now, but I was a bit scared myself, everyone was losing their jobs around, no one could get a loan, debt markets had frozen up, etc. But could have found the money somehow. The only car I have regretted not buying.
ОтветитьI'm not actually a fan of revvy NA's
But the noise of the LFA would make anyone forgive the lack of midrange
The Lexus LFA... Will Always Be My “Guilty-Pleasure-Car”...😏😎
ОтветитьIs this blue lfa used a privately owned car, or does it belong to lexus uk?
ОтветитьI see LFA on the title and thumbnail. I click.
ОтветитьNo evo? 😐
ОтветитьSuch exciting machines, absolutely dull and boring presenters
ОтветитьHave sti 2006 Hawkeye.. tried to buy a lfa impossible to fin and 2 GTR’s black edition 2014 and track edition 2017…as a track guy …love my Hawkeye but at plus 500 hp is fragile…on 4th engine at 44k on car …the 2014 black edition has 50k original engine with mods at 720hp … yes had transmission issue but nothing else….2017 track edition is great! Just added brakes and more cooling …very heavyweight …
Ответитьevo should be in line
ОтветитьWell done EVO, this is more like it!! So much better than your ECOTY films of recent times...
ОтветитьIf we talk about the most iconic, I am sure I will go with 22B
ОтветитьDC2 Type R???
ОтветитьItalian and German cars had nothing on Japanese superior engineering and reliability.
ОтветитьNo NSX, No EVO, No Supra, No RX-7... Come on.
ОтветитьI feel like they needed a Honda NSX in there too.
Ответить
