I’m 43 and have felt like I’ve been waiting for my life to start my whole life. I haven’t chosen any of my life, I’ve allowed the outside to dictate my life and I never found the habits or strength to put in the work. How do I change.. I can’t live with the person I’ve allowed myself to fall into anymore, but I still don’t do a damn thing about it. I can’t take it anymore, but I still don’t do a thing about it. I want change!! How can I get past my excuses, my barriers and my internal resistance? How can someone like me change dammit??!!!!!
