Dude, I have SO many stories about working at Subway. Don't get me wrong, every retail job has its share of idiots, but that place seems to have a higher concentration. Like the 40 y.o. woman who asked for a chicken "vuh-jeye-ta" sub. Woman, how have you gotten this far in life and never encountered a freaking fajita?! 😂 And that's the tamest story! I seriously don't miss retail.

Customers used to do this to my coworkers and I all the time at the restaurant we worked at, it's mostly women that have audacity to commit this type crime by not asking permission before you point camera at people.

It went on for a year, my coworkers and I threatened to walk out of the job because we got sick and tired of the Boss not addressing this exact issues with customers.

Another thing is, you can not get the customer's undivided attention when you try to make their order and you have to constantly ask them questions every 2 seconds because they won't peel eyes from phone long enough to tell you how they want their foods made and what they want in it.

It's rude for staff to wait 5 minutes each step of the way, just so you can finish whatever you are doing on the phone.

It should only take 2 to 5 minutes each customers , but it takes 20 to 30 minutes because they text and order or talk on phone and order.

When you enter a business, shut off your phone or leave it at home.

Don't bring in establishment, not right to make people wait for you because phone is more important than other people's time.

Some people are only allowed a 15 minutes to 30 minutes lunch break before they have to clock in without penalty from the boss.

Put a sign up , saying " this store no longer provides free cookies!"

You should never give out "Free" anything, you are encouraging people to enter your restaurant and have a bad habit of asking for free items everytime they visit the establishment and when you don't give it to them then they will throw a fit !

Can I just say how fresh your lettuce looks. In a lot of stores in Australia, the lettuce looks browned off and tired. I’d eat at your store any day! And wouldn’t expect a free cookie unless you offered! 😉
