These tunnels are a fantastic idea, but they really need a breakdown lane. What happens if one car stops? A tow is going to have to go down the tunnel in the wrong direction. Better than nothing, but not ideal by a long shot. I'm worried the Boring Company is digging itself into a hole here.

Tesla needs to build a 1,000 mile Cybertruck. Put a $200k price on it. Build just 10 a year. Numbered 1-10. Call the trucks CTXR. Then Tesla can claim the longest range EV truck. Nobody can beat them. No other truck has 1,000 mile range. Boom. Tesla wins.

My issue I'm sure is a major concern with others. What if...some fanatic terrorist was able to set off a bomb in one of these tunnels? What type and how much damage would or could this create?
