Why No Buick Envista/Encore in consideration?

DCT is an overkill for this vehicle and is a long term maintenance headache!

Could you fit a spare tire in the space under their rear cargo area? Looks like there is room for one.

I will never understand why car makers insist on making vehicles with different standard equipment for the usa and cdn markets it is far more sensible to equip vehicles geographically and not nationally. For example heated steering wheels should be avail in all locations north of the 42nd parallel...to give just one example. Personally i do not like this edition,,,just fugly to me....as for the furl economy Just terrible given it is a new, redesigned vehicle...missing the economy mark by about 5mpg all round

Zach worried about no power lift gate in Canada, but they don’t even have indoor plumbing there yet!

That fuel “economy” is criminal for such a small car. 26mpg is terrible.

Getting rid of panoramic roof was a big disappointment for me. With this high price, they should have included it or atleast kept it as add-on.

The inside of this new Kona is very nice, but I wish they didn't do the crazy molding/cladding around the tires. ☹️

in Australia, the top rang has every thing include power tailgate.

I just sat in one today, and love the feel of it, BUT the headrests drive me nuts. I feel like they are pushing my head forward when I like to drive with my head straight up. Am I the only one that feels this way? Also, is there any way to fix this?

Even if you don't want to change a tire yourself call the motor club such as AAA. They will be happy to change it for you!

I wish that the the Sport trim front grill was an option on the Limited trim. I like that the Limited has 360 cameras but that front grill just kills that vehicle for me.

Impressed with the styling of the new Kona. Not impressed with the fuel economy!

How about doing a Kia Carnival? You'll be impressed, a lot of luxury in the higher models.

Brilliant Design Elements minimalistic interior is easy on the eyes. Cabin space and touch screen reduces sensory over load. Ride sounds quieter. LED lamps reduces energy drain. Better mpg’s. Fuel tank size? Has it increased to 14 gallon capacity? Having electric assist could reserve more fuel in a smaller tank? I have not heard these issues raised. More head room. Smoother outer shell for better fuel economy. This is one ride which will turn heads.

The N Line is very expensive, nearing the Mazda CX-5 which is far more premium than this N Line.

For 2024 Will there be a N ? Not n-line.

Do you know if the 2.0 l piston ring oil burning issue still exists on the lower spec models? Or would you only recommend the 1.6l turbo?

We just got our car back after 6 weeks in the shop. They replaced the engine. Time will tell if it is fixed. Dont know if the problem was fixed for 2024. This was a nightmare fir us. Will not trust Hyundai or Kia again.

Oh Hyundai, why did you name this car "Kona" in the North American market. I know you know what Kona means in Portuguese, that's why is not named that in Portugal.
With roughly +/- 1.5 million (USA) and 300k (Canada) Portuguese speaking customers base, that a lot of missed sales.

What do you prefer, the 2024 Kia Seltos X-Line ou this one ?

I got the grey one 4 days ago and absolutely love it

I looked at both the 2024 Kona N-Line and Seltos SX Turbo, but I ended up buying the Seltos SX Turbo because I don't like the center console and the transmission selector in the Kona. Quite suprised that there's no power liftgate available for the Kona. Not a feature I really need, but the Seltos has it.

the Hyundai Kona has an acquired taste exterior wise, some will either love it, or not love it, others might be whatever about it.
i can certainly see the EV styling in the designed, but i think the main deal breaker for this car is going to be the gas mileage. the competition does better, and even Hyundai's cousin Kia i feel have the better options
with the Kia Seltos and the Niro.
