- 1 LB Russet Potatoes
- 3 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. Peel And Cut The Potatoes Into Even Sized Pieces
2. Bring A Pot Of Water To A Boil And Cook Potatoes For 10 Minutes. They Should Be Fork Tender.
3. Drain The Potatoes And Allow Them To Seam Off For A Bit. While That’s Happening, Heat A Large Cast Iron Pan Over Medium High Heat. When The Potatoes Are Dry And The Pan Is Hot, Add The EVOO And Start Cooking The Potatoes.
4. Let Them Cook On One Side For 3-5 Minutes Then Mix And Continue To Cook Until They’re A Golden Brown.
5. Serve With Some Flaky Salt And Enjoy!!!
