Wow that nurse's animation is legit fantastic! Literally 3 stages of faces you can see from when she walked in, her eyes lowering for a brief moment as it annoyed by the question, but giving a shrug with not even just a not caring face, but the mouth movement to struggle LITERALLY no way to answer and have given up, with narrowing eyes to fit too. One of my favorites reactions I've seen in animation for sure!

How'd he get a combover right out of the womb is what I wanna know.

The funny thing is, is that the deleted scene ending would have actually had made the gag even funnier, as the deleted scene shows Homer after he has a heart bypass and then shown eating pizza with Marge literally repeating what Abe said in the scene and the same nurse shrugging her shoulders! XD
