Nicetown Tiagoa neighbors LOVE where they live & are proud to show it!

Our team visited Tioga-Hope Park and Garden in North Philadelphia to learn about the community's environmental priorities & hear from residents how they joined forces with neighbors, partners, and utilized funding sources to create their community garden- Tioga Hope Park.

Residents are beautifying where they live through community gardens, porch gardens and their work as environmental stewards. We joined them for a tour to see all the great work being done because it’s important for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to be on the ground with communities since locals know best what is needed in their community.

Way to go Nicetown CDC, Tioga United & PHS Pennsylvania Horticultural Society efforts like yours make our community a better place to live & enjoy.
