肉油饭，是西安回民坊上有名的美食。早些年都是重要的日子，红白事，主事人家用拆骨肉跟牛油熬的肉粥。咸香可口，味道非常好吃。随着时间的迁移，这些早年间的美食已经不多见了。阿隆也是第一次吃到，味道很特别。
