Hi Sean, I have a question regarding to the interview between start-up and big comp. when they looking for Junior engineer, what thing big company will expect from cadidate? When I interview with a start-up, I feel interview not easy but the conversation goes smoothly, and I have general sense of what kind of person they are looking for. But when I interview with big company, I usually confused with difference teams and do not know what they expect.I hope I explain the question clearly. Thank you!

Is age discrimination apparent at the tech positions in San Francisco? I feel that as long as a person is continually evolving their skills, keeps a young mindset, stays fit. That age doesn’t matter. Also I think that consulting\contracting eliminates prejudices since you are there for the short time. Have you meet developers your age or older at meetups or interviews? Thanks

Hi Sean I'm sure Xamarin is not a hybrid solution. As I recall, it uses C# to write once to IOS and Android ,native code in Swift and Java. Great if you already can develop native apps in IOS and Android and want to develop in C#. Not so great, If you can only rely on C# to generate the Android and xCode projects for you.
