Tragically, SCOTUS has already shown its intent with regard to MAGA. I predict one of two things will happen:

1. SCOTUS refuses to hear the case on appeal from DOJ / Judge Chutkan,

2. SCOTUS hears the case, but refuses to hear the case on its merits, like they did with the CO case seeking to disqualify Trump for having committed insurrection, not to mention the Presidential Immunity ruling.

Why?

Because, at this point, with a MAGA super-majority on the court, criticism of their legitimacy no longer matters. One of the structural disadvantages the Dems have always had is that they feel the need to stubbornly hold the moral high ground, whilst the GOP will do ANYTHING to win.

Trump made it quite clear in August of 2020 3 months before the 2020 General election, when he stated that if he lost the election it will be because it was rigged., therefore, the birth of his "BIG LIE " was born

Then when this case goes to court will they be able to add this E'tion to the case because they are doing it again? Or, will it be another case entirely?
