This deck really displayed the unique power of Oust and Absent. Coming from constructed, I feel like the assumption is that these cards are so much worse than Swords or Path, but tucking a card instead of destroying/exiling it can be a real upside

I feel like passing over field of the dead on the wheel was a mistake. He already had 10 non-basics so with field and 3 basics that would be 14 unique names out of 16 lands. Could even play volcanic over second basic island to get to 15. His mana was so perfect that the colorless of field wouldn't be an issue.
