Hey Mr. Dave, I have watched this review and your ebitcam review, I can only get Verizon where I’m at, reolink is your favorite I know, but I found out they will not work with Verizon, so if you could only get Verizon in your area, would you choose the ebitcam or the cam park based on how long you’ve had them, I am waiting patiently for an answer please

Got a question so when it takes a video it will send it to the app and it saves on there so you can see it just don’t want to take a card reader and have to check it ?

Is there a good quality cell PTZ camera that actually zooms? Or do they all just pan and tilt?

Mine stopped working fir some reason and my data card still has data plus my batteries 🔋 were topped up and I cannot get them to come back online here in Canada

My camera worked for two weeks and then stopped connecting. I have gone through every possible reset scenario to try and resolve and it still doesn’t work. The service contact is in China and uses a translate app and that continuously reply’s will recommendation to charge. I would recommend buying any other brand !

What’s your personal preference for best security camera used as a trail camera? See you make a lot of these videos but all appear to be single camera reviews.

Another great video. PTZ I believe stands for Pan, Tilt, and Zoom! I didn't see you zoom in on anything. I am thinking of getting one of those cameras for video surveillance at my hunting camp. When you view your videos does it use a lot of data? What is the range of the camera? Was the range sufficient for you?

I have found your videos to be really helpful. I was all set to buy a Tactacam based on your videos but a PTZ is a better fit for me. I saw another video of yours on a PTZ but you found it very laggy so I headed for a Tactacam but fortunately found this video before I ordered that. Ordered a TC17 today. I’ll actually be using it as a camera to monitor some goats we keep fenced in and I need to watch 2 legged visitors and coyotes etc.

Can you shut off the video feature to record only still images? We are wanting to use at our camper & turn off the camera when we are sitting on the deck & don’t need it recording.

When these cams are designed, there is absolutely no reason whatsoever you should have to pay a monthly data fee. Unless you have to see it from miles away. I need one around the house without having to pay a useless data fee. What's the best one for that?

Mine stopped panning left after 2 months.

I bought a faulty trail camera from campark and this has been my experience trying to return it.

I messaged them and told them the issues. (They have no contact phone number so it all has to be done by email)

They said you have to run test on it first to determine it’s faulty. I told them I have been for three weeks already I been trying everything I can to see how I can get it to work reliably and it’s malfunctioning constantly. They said I can’t return it until they determine it’s faulty first. So they have me do test but the test they have me do is not the issue and they still won’t recognize it as being faulty after another two weeks of running more test on it and not working reliably. I can’t call them, I have to wait until they respond and I feel like I’m dealing with an AI operator because the response is so robotic. I’m tired of dealing with them, they should be the once working out the bugs not me. I’ve never ran across this when returning a faulty product with any other company. The camera is no good it’s going in the garbage and I’m never buying from them again.

If I bought 3 of these cameras would I have to pay 3 subscriptions or can I link all thee for one $10 monthly?

The APP is a piece of trash. No instructions and impossible to contact the cheating Chinese that sponsor it.
