I got that achievement. Gary joined my server i was hosting as a kid from my home computer lol. He walked around for a minute and just said it looked good so far and i should be proud of myself.

it is not unobtainable, the requirements were modified, any garry will give you the achivement i believe

a guy i used to talk with had his steam ID hacked to it being the same as garry and was capable of giving people the achievement MANY years ago was hilarious people would swarm him thinking he was real
