I’ve just tried this. I’m not a chilli head at all but I’ve lately started trying getting into the heat. This sauce definitely made me wince a tad. Not unbearable but it’s definitely the spiciest I’ve ever gone. Not hard considering I was a korma/tikka masala guy until about 5 years ago. I’m looking forward to building my tolerance and, to quote Johnny Scoville, I can’t wait to ‘chase the heat’!

ОтветитьInteresting take, i find this sauce to be one of the spiciest sauces ive ever had, and ive tried ALOT of sauces labeled carolina reaper etc, this is because this sauce has the most amount of Chilli pulp (55%) vs other sauces who brand themselves as super extremely hot but usually only having about 5% carolina reaper etc, so im curious as to how you didnt find this sauce very hot. Maybe marketing?
ОтветитьI'm holding this bottle in my hand. It's one of the hottest sauces i can easily get where i live. Quite hot but tasty and i like to put some of it in my chilly soup or on chicken wings. It's definitely a slow burner.
ОтветитьI like this on pizza because it has texture as opposed to more classic sauces like Tabasco or redhot (which are not really hot to be honest)
Ответитьtheres an even hotter one that has 78 percent chilli pulp it has 5 heat rating well as this one has 4 heat rating its goood stuff brutally hot best enjoyed in small amounts
ОтветитьIt's great bang for the buck. Really tasty and also kinda spicy but not insane like those extract sauces. Still too much for regular customers, I think.
