This sandwich is RIDICULOUS! Seared wagyu tri-tip steak with chimichurri sauce, over medium egg & dressed arugula on a warm brioche bun, say whaaaaat!!! You cannot come to Las Vegas without going to EGGSLUT; legit one of the best breakfast spots, period.
