Please note this is not a criticism it’s just a feedback, This meditation has lot of different music to being with & lot of blank pauses which confused me & during meditation I had to open my eyes & check if this was finished, but when realised it’s not finished it breaks the meditation & again try doing it. Also it will be good to have same music all the way so it can feel continuation. Thank you 🙏🏻

What‘s the music in the beginning called? I used to listen to this so deeply in a period of my life. It brings me back to this time 🫶

Hear the void. If you so anxious to open your eyes to find if the music or video is over. You actually never meditated. When you meditate you will loose track of time and and music associated with it. And be silenced and in oneness with your self. I understand it’s not PRofessional and diff sound pattern so can’t Blame you.
