This guy is a joke. I'm not American so it may be different here. Everytime I have been to see psychologist I have had to do a questionnaire before they speak to me. This gives them an unbiased snapshot and also they then know which path to go down. This willmut chick is an awful attorney.

These jurors were freakin' AMAZING!
They were on point and calling out these DUHfense "experts" left & right way better than the ACTUAL defense attorneys were questioning.

He keeps repeating how he reviewed information thoroughly yet admits he made mistakes at times. This BS artist truly thinks the jury are retards. The defense as a whole turned reality upside down and presented la la land for the jurors hoping to manipulate them. It’s common for Jealous people to associate with the person they are jealous of but not telling them they are jealous. Instead, the jealous person pretends to be friends with the one they are jealous of and do spiteful things to hurt them. Jealous people don’t go telling the person they are jealous of that they are jealous. They smile at them and stab them in the back at the same time.

Sameuls and defense actually believe the jurors are stupid. How are they not embarrassed painting alternative reality cartoon world for them?

Did this guy just walk back everything he admitted during cross-examination? I had an ounce of respect for his willingness to admit his (many) errors and possibilities of Jodi being at fault. But during this? This is absolutely ridiculous--there's no chance he believes anything he's saying!

Edit: Wilmot's rebuttal, and the doctor's testimony, is extremely condescending, thinking that it might address those jurors' questions.

What's wild here is that wilnotshutup is basing all these "justification of her actions"--being so traumatized going for the gun, running into the closet instead of down the stairs, etc.Thinking it's going to make sense and help her look innocent.
But all of this is based off a story that did not happen and is not possible!
SHE DIDNT FIGHT FOR HER LIFE OR HAVE IT THREATENED! SHE WAS THE PERPETRATOR! NOT THE VICTIM!

Jennifer Willmoth is a terrible attorney, she stutters, hesitates and has trouble making complete sentences. Awful.

Defense mechanism will not make you sound like you are smart with the amount of times you use those 2 words. It actually sounds so ridiculous

I think this doctor groomed Arias for trial, especially with the book. They should check it for secret code words.

And him "looking at the material" and thinking the results would be the same makes no sense to me because obviously he's looking at the answers thinking her current story is true so those answers would be consistent
