Where to find best food in Goa | Bhatti Village | Prawns food Recipe | Kunal Vijayakar

Original (400 years ago) Goa food was never catholic or Christian. There was no sign of Christ or Christian foods between 1AD and 1600AD. What happened during the Christian inquisitions in Goa is the right question!!!

Hum North Indians chicken k aage nahi badh paenge. Tried many goan dishes at Martins corner but I can’t acquire the taste. Still chicken tastes best

bro in Goa food doesn't have a religion, yeah the Hindus don't eat beef but that's about it, you can say that some food is Portuguese inspired but calling it Catholic is just silly 😂

Have been there and enjoyed the goan food. While the decore is unique with vats which store urak& feni with lots of antique feel knick naks. However, I have eaten better quality & fresher stuff in couple of smaller places in goa.Had tried rawa fried Motiali or silver fish, pork & even prawn balchao. Met Roystern too- who very well explained intricacies of some dishes.The only dish that stood out is the dry shrimp curry which goes well with rice.Pricing is over the top- even for simple motiali fry which must be the most abnormally high margin item considering the local price. Serradura pudding was on par with what we tasted in Portugal though. Good to visit for an experience of this uniquely family run restaurant and make your own judgement.

We visited this place last year and enjoyed the lovely dishes available there.Yesterday for lunch after arriving in Goa we visited Bhatti village.Had all the dishes repeated and so yum..not had enough of it.Missed the dry fish curry.For that we have to go again.We have the passion for food same like yours Vijay!

Awesome…I was in Calangute lately, I guess this place was nearby…I missed it…If the Lord tarries to come, next time I’ll surely visit Bhatti village.

Been here recently……absolutely hyped review…..food was reasub standard nothing special and no proper flavours…..fish was fresh though…..pomfret….bombay duck was also okish…pork bendisol was absolutely rubbish….way too sour and not fresh at all. Same was the prawns balchao…..the owners are friendly and a homely service…..but overall a big disappointment 👎👎

There you go again. Please don't speak with your mouth full, it's absolutely very rude. Nobody needs to see the food in your mouth. Also, chew with your mouth closed please. Please don't over eat, you don't want to end up with Diabetes. A chronic disease. You could end up on insulin. Just because they put all the food in front of you on your table ,doesn't mean you have to eat it all. Be careful. I'm watching from North America. Keep up the good work. Hats off to .God willing one day I'd like to go there. Do you pay for the food, or it's free to you. You need to pay. Specially if you don't live in India. You can afford it. Can you please tell the Cameraman to edit the video before you post it. It's annoying to see so many takes.

In ratnagiri area, a small variety called बिरज्या is used for curry. This curry tastes damn great & rich in calcium
