Thoughts? I’m an almost millionaire in my 30’s. Double doctor family, we chose to pay down our $750K student debt before we increased any lifestyle after training. Paid off, cuz once we were done, housing for us seemed wayyy to expensive and we instead just jump paychecks into SP 500 index funds (we know it’ll go up and down, but we’re young so volatility is fine). At this point, we went to +$750K solely on index funds. We have no desire to buy real estate, and just rent forever. Are we morons to never desire to buy?
