You have little things hear and there that make a HUGE difference. I’m 53 years old, I’m Italian and I have never cooked this good. Thank you Laura. Biscotti and gnocchi also PERFECT!

ОтветитьClearly Laura don't know how to make fried chicken! She made baked chicken that was flash fried and calling it fried chicken & it burn in the process! Imagine the coating seasoned and the inside fresh! Ewwww...

ОтветитьI use this method- but 4 minutes in the skillet is way too long, and the oven time is too short for my oven- it wasn't close to 165 degrees internal by 15 minutes.
Ответить3lb Fryer, cut into 8 pieces, the breast cut in half
2 cups of Buttermilk
Squirt of Hot Sauce, I used about ¼ cup of sirarcha
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp of Paprika
2 Tbsp of Salt Free Steak Seasoning Blend
2 ½ cups of Flour
1 Tbsp of Granulated Onion
1 Tbsp of Granulated Garlic
Peanut Oil for frying
