The Miranda rights have served their purpose and are no longer needed. No one who has made it at least to the 5th grade now knows about these rights and if you are not a citizen, you have no rights under the constitution anyway. Now, more people are getting off due to the technicality of accidentally being forgotten than being protected through notification. Now please, you can stop it now.
