Hope his hips stay healthy
ОтветитьThis is more educational than the ones explained by long time breeders somehow.
ОтветитьGreat interview. Great information !!!!! Thank you sooo much !!!!
ОтветитьBeautiful dog props to all involved in the rescue and love to the family ❤
ОтветитьGreat dogs, thanks for saving him. I'm quite shocked that shelters would euthanize such a dog.
ОтветитьWhat a wonderful video. This family is a stand out! So much education given! Thank you
Ответитьfila brasileiro é a melhor raça e ponto final
ОтветитьThis is the best! Great owners with realistic expectations and setting their boy up for success!
ОтветитьShe’s a great dog owner!!!!
ОтветитьAs an owner of a rescued guard breed I know what she's talking about. But filas when catered for is one of THE BEST breeds you ever can get. But you REALLY need to know what you're doing but once you do they're amazing ❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьSie sprechen wundervoll über Ihren prächtigen Hund. Es ist schön zuzuhören und macht Ihre Begeisterung spürbar ❤❤❤
ОтветитьGreat interview. So great to see a realistic perspective on a Fila. Incredible dogs, but a very serious breed.
ОтветитьSounds like she wanted another neo
ОтветитьThis is so crazy, I hadn't seen a Fila in well over 2 decades and this evening I'm playing with my soon in front of the house and this guy walked past us with a brindle Fila, gorgeous dog.
ОтветитьNeutering dogs is messed up. How would you like your balls cut off so you can be hormonally imbalanced. Gotta be a poor quality of life
ОтветитьLooks like some boerbel blood to me. Beautiful dog!
ОтветитьMan if only people cared this much about homeless people they walk past to go help a DOG instead. I mean im all for rescuing dogs but this seems overwhelming its just a dog.
ОтветитьMelhor e mais bonito cao de guarda que existe
ОтветитьSo I have a fila , shes mixed with akita. Both very protective beeds, dont keep him in the house, the more you do the more protective they will be, walk them... bring them around people. Socializing with people will make him a better dog, i prefer a harness military vest, so i have control of all the body, she is amazing with kids, in a restaurant
ОтветитьYes you can, harness, vest, socialize them!!!
ОтветитьWhile competing for the ripped up fluff toy, you can see a noticeable ridge of fur all down the spine. Just saying
ОтветитьCan you do a breed review on th gull terrier of india/Pakistan
ОтветитьDefinitely a Fila, surprising that he was wandering the streets here in the United States! He even has the camel's pace. The only breed of dog that is instinctively protective, and it's because of their love for whoever they grew up with. After 6 months to a year the circle closes, and a true Fila will only accept who he was with for those first six to 12 months, after that he will not accept any strangers. On the other hand I've had two of my Fila's get loose and roam the neighborhood, they wouldn't bother anyone, even other dogs. Why? Because there's no threat, nothing to protect. So they're not going to go out and create Havoc if some knucklehead that maybe working at your house leaves your gate open, like in my case. They are in no way mean dog's, their aggressive behavior is only when someone messes with their human, property, etc.
When I would bring mine to the vet the doctor would have to be in the room first before the dog, if the Fila goes in first, it's his room with you there. He won't be to happy when the doc tries to come in. There's so much more I can tell you about this breed but never enough time😢 It's always heartbreaking when you your baby, but when you loose your Fila it will rip your heart out! I'm even having a bit of a hard time writing this, and my last died in his sleep around 3 years ago.
If this doesn't work out for the girl in the video, I'll come take him
I'm sorry, I should have watched the video in it's entirety before I commented. If anyone tries to train the protectivnes out of that dog/breed, you will destroy that animal, it's his natural Instinct! Don't listen to trainers that say they know the breed because they looked it up on Google!
One more thing. The girl in the video is correct when she says there's a concern when her children has friends over. The Fila might be OK because he sorta knows the friends. But if those little ones are play fighting, wrestling whatever, and your child is let's say at the bottom of a pile etc. Remember, your Fila loves that little one and may take that as a threat.
Something else that was said. There has never been a case where a Fila turned on his/her owner. Unless it's never been reported, and I've been around them for around 30 years.
As far as putting him on a farm, etc. A Fila will be anything you want him to be. He's just as happy sitting on the couch with you, riding in the car etc. etc. etc. Don't over think it. As long as he's with you he's perfectly fine.
do filas also have that distinct bloodhound smell because of the oil in their skin?
ОтветитьAll of these films are so beautifully shot. 👌🏼 I think I've seen this one about 8 times already just enjoying watching the light hit Bob's majestic frame as he walks around in the dust. 😆
ОтветитьFila is amazing protect dog. Fila is very famous to hate estrangers. Back home 🇧🇷 we say always “Fiel como FILA”
ОтветитьCringe
ОтветитьThis is what a fila looks like that other fila looked mixed breed
ОтветитьGreat video.
I am from Brazil and it has been decades I haven't seen one fila around. In cities and urban areas mos part of people have goldens retrievers, poodles, shitzus, bull terrier, labrador,...
You will only find this kind of dog in farms and ranches mostly. Or maybe huge houses out of condons.
Awesome owners!
ОтветитьFila Brasileiro is one of the best guard dogs in the world and completely loyal to children and family. It's a legend here in Brazil
ОтветитьBest dog I’ve ever owned. They steal your heart.
ОтветитьFor several years I have had a 150 pound female fila brasilero, and without exception everyone who visits my house and sees my dog is afraid of her, without exception. And I am thinking of having a pack of filas.
Ответитьfila e uma maquina
ОтветитьFila ❤
ОтветитьSorry to tell you, but you don't have a Fila. Yeah it's a mastiff but not a Fila!!!
ОтветитьFila is the only dog with the heart of the Lion.
ОтветитьFilsa ate just bloodhounds mixed with mastiffs.
ОтветитьBob is the worst dog name ever😂
Ответитьamo mis filas el mejor perro del mundo perro serio
y amaroso con su familia . no gusta para nada de extraños
This dog has no nuts hanging behind him. I’m sorry but this isn’t a Fila anymore
ОтветитьI really respect this family, their willingness to take on such a challenging dog and adapt and change their preconceptions to make it work are wonderful. It feels like JJ is trying to find ways to help her dog express it's true nature, and I'm convinced this is the best way to make the most of a working breed with strong instincts. If you're reading JJ, your idea of developing your dog's nose work is an excellent one! It will help stimulate the mind and give your dog a job that taps into their true DNA, all the while tiring him mentally. Keep it up 🎉
ОтветитьHe was meant for you
ОтветитьBest dog I ever had
ОтветитьMe partner she is a Fila Fucking Brazileiro loyal AF, a sweetheart, fierce, da Best guardián and friend,
ОтветитьBestguard breed! long live to the Fila Brasileiro!
ОтветитьIn brazil we have a saying "fiel como um fila" which means "faithful like a fila". They will give their lives for you with to exitation. Thieves in brazil are relentless and even them wont try their lucky in a property with a Fila.
ОтветитьGood for you for researching the breed! They look so sweet, but never cross mama!
Ответитьwhat breed is the third dog? is it some kind of livestock guardian dog?
Ответить
