Yes as Canada is a member of the British commonwealth it does things the same way for residents as the UK . More sensible than Britain though it does charge tourists what it actually costs . America , on the other hand makes huge profits from people from birth to death !

U should keep the variables the same in each category. In the permanenet resident category u chose to stayte how much it cost for a vag deljvery yet in the medical tourist category u stated the cost of a CS delivery. U should have states the cost for the same things. Also u included more things that weren't priced or included in the 1st category at all like circumcisions
