Have Timothy Alberino about Peru Aliens on Jetpack/Hoverboard. He went to the village, interviewed the people/ victims. The were tall humans in suits and helmets on advanced hoverboards. The literally grabhed a young teen girl...placed cream on her face...AND STARTED TO CUT HER FACE OFF!. They also used handheld weapons to shock those who saved the girl. It's the Alberino Analysis online. They are called the Peruvian Face Peelers.

Miners with jetpacks is better than "minors on an island somewhere"

The problem with compact technology such as jetpacks and exoskeletons is power supply... they've had working exoskeletons since the late 50's or early 60's but they don't have a good enough power supply to make them feasible.
Also, something I'd like to mention... the original Air Force investigation into UFOs was started in 1948 under the name Project Sign. The original conclusion they supposedly sent to the Pentagon was that it WAS aliens but they likely weren't a threat the the US. It was sent back and they were ordered to come to a different conclusion, then afterwards the project was replaced with Project Grudge which lasted less than a year before being then replaced by Project Blue Book. The leadership of these later projects were basically given a mandate to debunk everything... they claimed it was mass hysteria, people with mental problems, or that it was actually a star or planet that was being seen and that those making the reports didn't know what they were looking at even though this completely ignored the fact that many of the people involved in the sightings were professional or even military pilots who knew for a FACT it wasn't any star or planet. In some cases what was put as the official explanation was impossible for the simple fact that the supposed 'actual' stellar object seen would've been on the opposite side of Earth at the time.

You need to pay better attention to details because, as low as that bike was to the ground with it being close to the dirt along side the road, why was it not blowing up at least a fair amount of dirt? That tells me that at least that photo was fake.
