Every week, I try to find an interesting story or statistic about the marketplace to give you an idea of where it’s headed. Today I have something to share from “The Real Deal” that has to do with land sales in Manhattan and the market.

Basically, it shows that there has been a pretty significant decrease in land sales in Manhattan this quarter, and it’s something we should keep an eye on for as far as new construction is concerned. The reason being that we have the most new construction properties on the market now that we’ve had in the history of our area.
