Wigout. A silver/white paint colour, the colour of the silver birch tree trunks behind the wigout. You will notice these trunks when the foliage is gone over winter. It will probably go with the other buildings too and show off your garden.

Beautiful, please do not operate an electric heater with an extension cord. Totally unsafe and i’d hate to see your cabin burned down. Might want to invest in a “Buddy” heater that runs on propane, and safe for indoors too

Lovely lovely so I was thinking you could keep it wood but whitewash with a tintblike purple or green I myself live in a single wall on big island inside is painted this way love it ❤❤❤❤❤

Suggest gutters… graded toward front maybe cistern/barrel with rain chains at each corner.

Hey Craig…I saw a swing that was made from an old wicker chair. They had cut the legs off and reinforced it with bars across the bottom which they attached to the ropes to hang. A wicker loveseat made into a swing would be so romantic!!

The Wiggle Room

We built our log cabin last year and even though it’s been treated wood being wood has started to warp, the windows and doors. I have my fishing gear and gym equipment in there as I wanted it as a home gym. How will you keep the damp out as it will damage all your beautiful finds?

She would look fab in a cute granny-esque duck egg blue. And then you could name her Bertha Blue. The name Bertha suits the granny core theme, and the blue ties in beautifully with the blue mat…. and Craig’s kettle 😉 You have have smashed it 👍🏽

For color inspiration, I would look up the colorful houses of New Orleans! Get ready to fall in love <3 I also feel like you already gave her a name in the video. She is the perfect Gretel cottage! One other idea is Sherwin Williams does a color of the year. One of the colors for 2025 is Mauve Finery. Get a nice sponsorship, a beautiful color, and call her Maude from Harold and Maude. Perfectly unique granny name from one of cinema’s finest.

It looks great, don’t paint it, it looks great as it is, it’ll darken over time after you varnish it. 👍👍👍👍 Great job guys!!

Ahhh such an amazing space you’ve created!!! Aimee, could you perhaps show us how you put your wigs on? You have so much hair to fit under. I don’t have hair loss but my hair is so so fine. Often thought about a wig but unsure how to put one on.

Absolutely love what you've done with the space.
As a name for her, I would suggest BEATRIX (as in Potter) because I believe it has the same vibe with the cottage she had in bonnie Scotland 🩵🤍✨️! Color wise, my suggestion would be a warm sage green, as I believe it would stand out as well as blend in with the surroundings.😊
But whatever decision you take in the end will be lush 💅💯.

The inside of the cabin looks amazing, done such a good job to make it homely what a great space to chill. The outside would look nice with just a stain on it tbh making it log cabin esc, but whatever you guys decide it will turn out great and you’ll love it :D love watching the videos
