Fantastic vids. Inspired me to get started. You have probably all sussed this by now but it you want to make interesting in EACH of your 4 bar loop, if you like long and complex rhythms, you can get SO creative if you select 64 steps at the top right hand side of the Step Sequencer. It will then show you the first 32 steps in display box on left and second 32 steps display on the right. These display boxes are found right underneath the Step Sequencer Tab. Hope that makes sense and was clear??

Has anybody else’s program sometimes been randomly skipping back a beat and a half and pausing every time they click play instead of playing like normal? I have a 2018 Mac Pro and it’s been bugging out like that and I have to restart the program

Dam so close, i have 10.13.6 and not able to update due to age of computer, shame as the one i have has never let me down and still going strong, have to stay Logic old school for now

I’m about to buy a new iMac and I’m on the fence about buying Logic. I currently have ProTools and I’ve gotten very used to it. I wasn’t too impressed with the instruments the demo showed but I did like the Sequencer. It would help me quite a bit if I can add Drums from my MPCX and Motu’s BPM. I have Omnisphere 2, Exhale, and a couple of East West plugins. If I can get them to work on Logic I may just get it.

Thanks for this demo! Kind of sold me not to update as I'm more of a linear type and that's a steep OS jump. However can you now edit blue loops? Also is Logic Drummer impacted and does work with the new sequencer?

Hey guys, I need to know if you have a solution for me : Till Logic Pro v10.4, I was able to move quickly on the console just by double-clicking the busses or output of a track in order to follow the sound path and access consoles tracks that were fed with this connexion. Now this feature seems to have dispeared ! Argh, please help !!!

So it's basically an update mainly for electric music producers who use lots of sampling and synth... Nothing new for audio purposes. Oh yeah and it crashes with most of your 3rd party plugins until they're all updated (which could take a while). Pass.

I have a MacBook Pro Mid-2012 running Mac OS 10.15.7. Model # A1278 & I had got it off Merrcari & it didn’t come with Logic but it has 16GB memory & a 500GB SSD Sata drive and I have a Akai MPD26 a M-Audio midi controller a Scarlett 2i2 a turntable and a pair of silver KRK Rokit monitors but iv got NO DAW and I don’t want to use AkaiMOC beats or GarageBand besides I’m doing R&B & HipHop and I heard that the sampler that’s in the 10.5 is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 so if you can please let me know something I would appreciate it very much because I need to know how I can get a full free copy of 10.5?
