Thanks for the video.👍🏻
ОтветитьHi, I've just bought a couple of books on antennas. This video is a reflection of what I'm reading. Printed in the 80s they're are a handy pocket size. Aerial projects and 25 simple broadcast shortwave aerials. Your ideas are very interesting, and i appreciate your efforts.
ОтветитьHello Nick it looks a lovely spot at your qth interesting to see all your aerial system. Thanks for the video Nick
ОтветитьEnjoyed the antenna tour, thanks for filming and posting it, Nick. Got to love a portable VNA for tuning up an antenna *in place*.
ОтветитьFormerly 2 x 13 element H plane 1KW. 432 22 element H plane 500W. 1296 loop yagi's galore. Home built 2304Mhz X-verter at 1W. 10GHZ FM wide band only contacts (Modulated Gunn diode oscillators) about 5 milliwatts into a horn feed/parabolic) about 25 miles. That's my story and it's over now. Did do double hop 1 KW from Utah to Florida on 144MHZ (~3900KM). No EME contacts to brag about though I did hear the big boys on optimal nights. Still using the Andrew 7/8" feedlines on the tower for HF. Old and lazy, tired of tower climbing now. 73' Nick and thanks for the great video as usual.
ОтветитьInteresting Video Nick thanks for sharing..Iv built a 2m j pole out of copper tube that seems to work well also a 450 roll up slim Jim for portable work another interesting antenna iv built is the flower pot 2&70that also seems to work well .. thanks for the theory at the end of the video…ps I like all the bird song in the background of your audio 👌
Ответитьwow, satellite antennas are so cool.
do you think that they are able to transmit all manner of signals, primarily the power of elipses.
would you call that seven looking structure a numerator akin to the the sanskrit katapadiya system?
