Yesterday at school the fire alarm went off because I had a popcorn machine and it was shooting out smoke and the smoke detector caught the smoke and thaught it was a fire then the fire alarm went off and wasted my glow dance time it was sad

I have one of those but the strobe and horn is broken, the strobe only flashes when i turn off the alarm.

Hey. How do you deal with a hardwired smoke detector going off with a false alarm. It happened to me twice within a two hour span shortly after I had undergone surgery

Nice! I went to a mall and I saw TrueAlerts similar to these except for the fact that they are 9357 and 9358 models due to the fact that they have brighter strobes. 9356 is 15CD, 9357 is 75CD, 9358 is 110CD.

Cool! I remember seeing the white version of those Simplex speaker strobes at the cancer center I went to. There was one day the system did go off, luckily evacuation wasn't required though I forget what caused it to sound and what the voice said.

My school has tons of these TrueAlert speakerstrobes. Whats interesting is that while we have some of these, it’s mainly filled with light strobes, the alarm bell sounds out of the PA intercom system. Rather strange

I have a Simplex 4906-9151 Truealert Speaker Strobe, and I was wondering if that had a switch that you could use to go from SmartSync and Free Run?
