He seemed really like a baseball guy but for whatever reason this was the worst possible live stream angle of all time. We are way too ahead to have an interview as good as this was to have a stream like this and we survived (COVID maybe)

What a joke. Pete Rose should be in the Hall. There are absolutely more then a few baseball players having other people bet on games for them; in which they are directly involved.

MLB is such a scam. It's just one step up from Pro Wrestling. The league sets up the major market teams with huge financial advantages, and makes sure they get the elite players. The Yankees have had ZERO losing seasons this century! The Dodgers have only had two. The Red Sox only 6. The Royals have had 19 losing seasons, the Padres 16, the Brewers 12, and so on. The only teams that have NEVER won a World Series are Small/Mid market teams. The league is not set up for fair competition. It's a joke. Money isn't the only factor, but when you look at how big money teams do so much better, so consistently, it's clear that the league is not set up for equitable competition.

Somehow, not one mention of where the Tampa Bay Rays may play in 2025.

I remember the uproar about extending the netting down the sides of the field to the fair poles. “It’ll destroy my view! Little kids can’t catch balls anymore!” Turns out it was a giant nothingburger in the overall fan experience.

Very surprised (and disappointed) there was not one question about Oakland? I wonder if that was that a condition in place for the interview...

This is the guy that’s allowing the worst owner in sports to play in a minor league park because he hates the fans in Oakland

I don't hate Manfred like most do. He gets a bum rap for a lot of crappy things like every commissioner does. Bud Selig got the same hell and we all reminisce about how great he was now lol.

The people that cant see the difference between an mlb manager betting and a fan betting, just doesn't wanna see the difference.

i like manfred. i felt for decades baseball was the only sport refusing to embrace technology. they were too rooted in tradition and history. the game needed to evolve like yesterday. the pitch clock was a monumental shift forward.

Slimy Rob Manfred. Same guy who allowed the Marlins to fire sale their team during the Jeter era. Same guy who pushed for Oakland to be moved. He's single handedly damages baseball with his accountability for these teams who are consistently underperforming. The sport will be in a better place once he goes away
