A tablespoon of milk per egg is all that is needed, NOT half a litre. And the "excess milk" is NOT from the milk added, it is from the cheese.
NEVER put salt in eggs while cooking. They will dry out and separate.
If you can not cook scrambled eggs in a pan correctly, try this.
In a bowl, melt a tbl butter, add the room temp. eggs to the butter and whisk. Add 1 tbl milk per egg. Whisk well to combine.
Place bowl into the microwave.1 min n high. Pull solids to the middle and return to microwave. Now do the same at 30sec cooking bursts until the eggs are NEARLY cooked. If you like cheese, fold in grated cheese to taste with pepper and salt. Cover and let stand, while you toast or English muffins are buttered. Plate the eggs and surround with the toast or muffins.

ОтветитьI've always added milk or cream cheese to eggs. My dad taught me. They come out creamy and fluffy and very very yummy. You are an amazing cook and I think your AWSOME!

Ответитьit is always good practice to crack your eggs into a bowl, not into the pan, especially if it's hot already. sometimes u get a bad egg...yuk!! or u get pieces of the shell in ur pan...damn!!

I'm sorry but these eggs do not look appealing at all. Adding garlic with out cooking it for a bit first, that's a no no and so much milk ?? They turned out looking like oatmeal

ОтветитьI just discovered how to make the perfect eggs each time. Now, I dont have to worry about my eggs being too dry and tasting weird. I beat the eggs first and then add the milk and cheese. I cut up some onions as well and then add the salt and meat tenderizer for flavor. I don't add the black pepper until later(because if your making eggs for others you want to leave that part out so they can decide whether they want black pepper or not). I turn the stove on slightly high heat. Instead of oil I use butter to douse the bottom so it has flavor and they come out fluffy. And then I test it to see if its ready and when it is I put the eggs in and then turn it on low heat so it can cook. When it is about ready to come out of the pan I turn it down one more notch so it doesn't overcook. I do the same steps with green and red bell peppers if I want to make vegetable eggs. But I have been doing this for a few days and I love the way it comes out. Sooo good. I love this!

ОтветитьMost of the people who are angry about this, haven't even tried this recipe. Just because it is different, it doesn't make it bad. Had you tried it, you would see that they come out fluffy, tasty and not dry. If you like it creamier, use butter and cream instead of milk and skip the cheese. Innovation/improvement comes with trying new things; not complaining when someone shows you a different way to do something.

ОтветитьJason, you said to start with the pan on HIGH then you said turn it down to LOW and then later you said KEEP IT ON HIGH. But you never said when you went from LOW back to HIGH.
