As I have recovered from childhood I realize that now I see it from the perspective of “bad as a whole,” rather than feeling the minutiae of every little painful experience. I really think it’s the child work that has helped. It doesn’t have the intensity any more. Also less anger. I enjoyed your input on this. Apothecary has helped me tremendously in that regard. I don’t know of any other teacher who has given me that. Love you. I always need self esteem work, but anything you choose to talk abt is helpful.
