People will highly disagree with this short but 100% true story.. I have been around dogs my entire life, my mother was a very successful dog groomer, and breeder + showing, we have bred every kind of dog over the years, but no mixed breeds, we were both k9 registered though the K9 association of Australia 🇦🇺..
when i turned about 50 years old, my real English Staffordshire terrier (there no bull in a real Staffordshire terrier) he passed away at a very old age,
Anyway as the year’s went passed the back yard felt unguarded, so in my stupidity (although I didn’t know that then) I brought a Rottweiler x Bull mastiff.. a beautiful 8 weeks old puppy, my wife and i raised that little puppy with love and affection..
(Remembering i have had 50+ years of experience including training all my personal pets reached CD (companion dog) qualifications, a few to CD+ X that’s tracking, so i know how to teach a dog!
This fully loved and trained perfect little puppy, grew into a complete psychopath! I could trust him enough to not bite myself or my wife. But that was it.. there are breeds of dogs that should never be crossed.. although he was a perfect guard dog, there wasn’t a day that i didn’t fear someone would accidentally get into that backyard with Rex.. to the point i up my insurance to cover 20 million in legal protection if he hurt someone.. that dog had a miserable life, he couldn’t be walked, even with a muzzle, he basically couldn’t leave the backyard, he was welcome inside the house, but he refused to be around people.
The moral of the story is, my life and that poor innocent dogs life was made worse because of x breeding potential “very dangerous breeds”. American Pitbulls are a mixed breed animal (although somehow now recognised) but now people are mixing them again? YOU will NEVER have a complete trustworthy animal…. There are clues to look for in their behaviour such as eye contact.. do your research before buying one, please! 🙏

The woman that doesn't understand that the smaller Shepard mix was fighting to survive should not have a dog. That woman was ignorant and not a true lover of dogs. If she were a dog lover she would be concerned for the dog injured by hers.

I always find that pitbull owners always have some type of social issue. Let me explain myself; people who want stereotypically, violent dogs only seem to only want these animals to overcompensate for their shortfalls! These people don't want a friend or companion; they want a weapon.

Arrogant stubborn mindsets are natural losers. I agree with another comment that she lost as soon as she mentioned pit bulls (which is one of the few things I disagree with JJ on). But this lady didn’t help being both arrogant and stubborn and a bit disrespectful by asking the judge if she was there. A trait of hers likely endured by all who are around her. And she will forever believe everyone else is wrong or at fault.

I was attacked by a dog as a kid. No crazy bites but I can attest you never quite get over it. I always go out of my way to avoid someone walking pit bulls and some other breeds, especially if they are being walked by women.
