Nice pipe! Pear woods have always smoked a little sweeter to me on the break in. I have heard they are not as durable as briar but Ive never had one burn out...Looks like you can put that claim to the test! :)

Might be the most badass pipe video I have ever seen. That smoke in the background makes it very cinematic.

Starting my morning with a steaming cup of a coffee, a couple of pinches of black arabica, and a 13 video that I had to search for. Very nice pipe. Most likely is Albanian pear wood, as that seems to be the region from which most of hard pear wood blocks come. I wouldn't follow the once-a-day advice either. 😂 It either smokes or it doesn't.

Finally....I'm deeply saddened for a 13 video without dangerous topics. I feel cheated.

Never had a pear wood pipe. I sorta have a morta? I have one of Giulliano’s pipes with a morta shank but that’s debatable 😂 Have wanted an olive wood pipe for long time but haven’t come across the one for me. Would like an apple wood ever since Beans talked about making one. Might have to put pear on the list. Stout beer 😁 Cheers!
