Didn't love it the first time I watched 2049, but watching it a second time while sober, it was one of the best movies I've seen in several years
ОтветитьLoved it just as much as the first one. Much like Alien and Aliens, then that franchise took a turn for the worse. I hope it doesn’t happen to Blade Runner.
ОтветитьThat bit about real wood being super valuable kinda killed the immersion for me. Lol Among all the fantastical scifi, that was actually the most unbelievable moment of the film
ОтветитьBlade Runner 2049 is an excellent movie, in my own opinion. Its definitely the kind of movie thats an "acquired taste" tho, and i cant see whu many people probably wouldn't like. To each his own tho. I think it was great 🤷♂️
ОтветитьIt could have been 20 minutes shorter and you would have lost no story.
ОтветитьMasterpiece
Ответить10 minutes of useless plot summary with surface level analysis
ОтветитьWhat if the whole movie is just a synthetic memory? Most people and commentators don't pay attention to a small little detail. At the end, K dies in a snowy atmosphere while inside the synthetic memory designer designs the same snowy atmosphere.
ОтветитьWhether Hologram Joi is following her program, it's Joe developing feeling for her and his desire to show appreciation, possibly love, for her with the gift of the Emanator. The final scenes of the fight between Joe and Luv it's clear that Joe is mortally wounded. I believe it's his anger at the loss of his companion Joi that gives him strength to kill Luv, temporarily putting off his own death.
ОтветитьIs the police chief 👮🏼♀️ a replicant?
ОтветитьAnother bullshit libtard take on a movie that’s not about gender.
ОтветитьScott is great at starting a good series with the first film but his sequels are terrible. I cringed when it said he’s doing a follow up to 2049.
ОтветитьYou look like ah good Joe...
ОтветитьIt's a crappy, incoherent movie. The disowned sibling of Arrival and Dune.
ОтветитьAlita battle angel kinda resembles this
ОтветитьJoi's feelings were real.
ОтветитьJust watched this twice today!! My sis and I both loved it wow super impressed! 10/10 🤖 ❤
ОтветитьPeople aren't deep enough to appreciate movies like this.
ОтветитьSean Young was an underrated actress. Her acting in "Fatal Instinct" was very funny.
ОтветитьDefinitely will be this in 2049 😮 feels sorry 😞 for the young generation
ОтветитьHumans really do think the are something special. Worst nastiest most delusional demented violent animal on Earth.
ОтветитьIf you take anything "special" or say spiritual, a higher calling, out of a man: no, no, nope, man is more like a robot than anything that we could ever make. Everything about a regular human life cycle is copied paste robot activity; actions, thoughts, chemical "emotions", everything programmed pre and post birth, and > life cycle, the ultimate catch22. Rarely has something new and truly creative been accomplished throughout man's history. But if you add in the possibility of that higher purpose and all that jazz, we are truly uniquely made, so much in fact lucifer the light bringer is jealous of our perfection, and hates a certain Most High for that fact.
Ответить"mISoGyNy aNd tHe mALe GaZe aNd tHe lAcK of AgENCy" what a forced toxic take. No shit genius. MALES ARE THE TARGET AUDIENCE FOR SCI-FI FILMS.
ОтветитьI think it's too early for blade runner 2099 to be released
ОтветитьFunny taking about the male gaze and misogyny which is in geek culture.
ОтветитьIf you don't get these two movies and they're not in your top 5 best/favorite movies of your lifetime, it's something off with you as a well-balanced human.
ОтветитьBut how did Ana make it from an orphanage to having a good job and probably education etc? With a poor immune system, you think she'd just have died jn the brutal environment. Or did she just stay there briefly as a ruse to lose her identity. Does she really have an immune disorder or is she just hiding there in plain sight, under wallaces nose, and shes not really sick? Maybe if she opened the door to Deckard id believe that is ehat the real truth is.....
Ответить2049 explained: Hollywood is creatively bankrupt and the currents generations have no imagination and are the most boring folks in history.
ОтветитьYeah no crap I watched the movie ????
ОтветитьFor decades, the information on Rachel has been lost and I supposed abandoned. So when K unearths the skeleton of Rachel this information is somehow seen by the Nexus Corporation which means that they either own the police department or they are spying on them. When Luv confronts the head of the police she already knew that they want the information so it means that Nexus do in fact own the Police department like in Robocop.
ОтветитьJust watched it last night, visually, it was gorgeous. Other than that, I wasn't a fan.
ОтветитьOne of the greatest films ever made. Period.
Ответитьthere is so many layers in this movie after first watch i think i need to watch it again
ОтветитьI’m confused. Does he shout God dammit after finding out that the memory is real because it confirms he is the special, naturally born replicant (meaning he will be hunted), or does he scream because the memory being real means it isn’t his (meaning he is not special)?
And if it’s because it means that it’s not his and he is not special, how does the memory being real prove that it isn’t his? Because logically if he were naturally born, it would be possible for the memory to be his because a naturally born replicant would have no implants.
In my opinion, the scream feels less impactful if it isn’t because he finds out that he isn’t special, but I can’t see how that could be the case.
Is Deckard a replicant? Well, Gaff made an origami unicorn for Deckard to find, letting him know he was setting him free. Gaff knew about Deckard's dream of a unicorn (a scene that first appeared in the Director's Cut). So, yes, Deckard is clearly a replicant. Plus, if you were paying attention to the scene where Rachel and Deckard are talking in his apartment after Rachel saves him from Leon, there's a moment where Deckard turns to the camera after wiping his face and you see the "brown glow" in Deckard's eyes that Ridley Scott specifically designed to differentiate humans from replicants. So, the answer is "Yes".
I'm so glad Denis Villeneuve made Blade Runner 2049. I thought a prequel was in the works. Apparently, it's a sequel to 2049. Sounds great!
Haven't seen the video yet but I got to say that I think the movie just hit the spot for me, the pacing is great, it makes you think a bit, still has some action, looks gorgeous and depicts emotions really well
ОтветитьF the box office 🔥💩💨
ОтветитьRead the book 📕
ОтветитьI came here to find out how we as the viewers, ( or K for that matter ) are expected to know that Dr. Ana Stelline is Deckard's child. Where is the evidence? I feel like we were simply "informed" of this in the final scene, but I struggle to accept that that's how it was written. What am I missing?
ОтветитьJenny would be a perfect Boss in MGS Snake Eater
ОтветитьBlade Runner (1982) has long been my favorite film, and back when I heard they were making a sequel I immediately rejected it as yet another poor decision by profit-hungry Hollywood execs until I discovered the project was handed to Denis Villeneuve to direct. I knew all hope was not lost and when I watched it in a cinema with a friend of many years, we both walked out contemplating the brilliance of what we had just watched. I thoroughly enjoyed his take on the story and was eager to watch it again. You have to understand that Ridley Scott created the original Blade Runner as an art film and not as a mainstream block buster to make film studios money. Once you understand that you can appreciate Denis' creative vision and personal imprint and see it for what it is: beautiful storytelling in a dystopian universe. As long as it prompted viewers to appreciate the visuals and ask questions then I think it has achieved its purpose.
ОтветитьAnd here I thought it was just a modern version of Pinocchio. You know. A fake boy thinking that he can grow up to be a real boy.
Kind of a transtesticular success story.
Lol
Is there gonna be a next continuation? Cause damn i thought joe was the miracle child, felt sad for him that he is always a nobody.
ОтветитьDude perfect video
ОтветитьHas none of the moral ambiguity of the original. Arch villains. Including Deckard made no sense. Corporate script that had money thrown at it. Forgettable.
ОтветитьBrilliant
ОтветитьOnly tru fans could appreciate ! The best haunting mesmerizing series that I yearn for more after watching them! Can’t wait for the sequel!
ОтветитьMASTERPIECES !!
