Houses in Edmonton are acturally cheaper than houses in Kraków, Poland !
ОтветитьOver half a million for a tall skinny shitbox in Deadmonton.
Ответитьwhat a joke... looks like 2 shipping containers on a 20 x 80 lot.
ОтветитьWhat an ugly house
ОтветитьHow much would this rent for?
Ответитьlol the biggest room in the whole house isn’t even finished. Very bush league 👎🙄
ОтветитьNicely presented Britt, good job.
ОтветитьThat cute lady forgot to tell you that soon, you’ll have neighbours 6 feet on each side of that home—and remember, you can't choose whether they turn out to be good or bad. That house is designed solely to maximize the contractors' profit, with little else in mind. None of the people who design and build these 'chicken coops' would ever buy or live in them.
ОтветитьIt is a shame what happened to our housing market in Canada. Wow what a trash home for good money . Honey, I'm gonna poop in the kitchen from now on so we can all enjoy my roses mixed with our amazing dinner 😂
ОтветитьSuckers from the east coast will continue to invest in these shit holes resulting in Edmonton market to go higher and higher. I’m from Calgary and this is exactly what happened here since mid of 2021
ОтветитьThat's an $80000 house. You hearing me? eighty thousand. Half a million for a starter home? The greed is getting out of control again.
ОтветитьLOL, let it rot. I bought my 1655 sq.ft home for 236 k in 2006. Better options out there.
ОтветитьEdmonton incredible the price is very high and to small
ОтветитьCanada is in such shambles. 500k for 1400sqft. This is depressing. Canada is a mess
ОтветитьLooks like duplex container 🤔
ОтветитьYou keep saying Beautiful home ? I say cornflake box .
ОтветитьHalf a million for that!?????? Sad
ОтветитьThat is one ugly house lol
ОтветитьYour videos are great but talking throughout the videos is just really annoying. You clearly don't write your line before and you just improvise, which again is not done well. Just walk through the house with simple music. We all know what a kitchen, living room, and bathroom looks like. Please either practice your lines before or just do a walk-through without talking!
ОтветитьI would never buy a house in Edmonton, it's a complete shithole.
ОтветитьAre those what we call concentration camps?
ОтветитьOmg that is luxury… uge lot views to the moon and stacked like 2 containers that fell off a ship into the atlantic… all fer jest half a mill plus tax..
ОтветитьWhat a joke🙄.
ОтветитьUgh for that price. Very nice if a tini home for $250k perhaps
ОтветитьIt's a skinny box with windows; looks ridiculous.
ОтветитьSmall house, entry level for new family.
However, from personal experience, a kitchen placed at the bottom of the stairs would help bring all the food into bedrooms...the smell of it!
Perfect house for Gen zers who spend all day on an electronic device and don’t know how to do yard work.. They built houses like that 100 years ago. Are we really going back?
ОтветитьUp half millions for that o my
ОтветитьThat an ugly house…come on ….
Ответить2nd largest country in the world and we are building homes like we live in Japan. Not to mention the prices of homes in Canada are so hyper inflated.
ОтветитьWho can afford that? $3000+ month mortgage! Most college educated or licensed trades people home $1700-2200 a pay. So at the end of the month you might have $800 left for insurance, property tax , vehicle payment, food, etc
The math ant mathin
And the house looks like something a kid made in Roblox lol
What a joke even the immigrants are leaving Canada is broken
House is NOT WORTH over half a million! HARD PASS!
ОтветитьWho stores a vacuum and broom with their food? 🤦🏻♀️
ОтветитьIt’s a good price. We just need to move this house to Vancouver.
Ответитьsuffocating
ОтветитьSick 🤢
ОтветитьReminds me of the shotgun houses in the southern states that the slaves lived in. No yard, no privacy, and should be priced around $250 k. Sad to see people are being forced to live in places like this and that developers are allowed to build these kind of communities. You might as well just live in an apartment since these are just glorified row housing. These will be future ghettos .
ОтветитьEverything is very nice except that wet bath. Why would someone want a tub in a shower? Everytime you shower you’ll have to clean that whole room including the tub. Yah, NO!
ОтветитьI live in an attached duplex starter home that is wider than this. The design theme for this featured home should be summed up in a single word: cramped. It is painfully obvious with its exterior, and it truly gives the interior that "walls are closing in" feeling. I'd rather spend that $533K on a better starter home that doesn't have that shipping container feel to it.
ОтветитьCrazy price. 9 years ago this would have been 150,000.
So not worth half a million dollars
No trees, no views, neighbors wishing arms reach. No effin way my dude.
ОтветитьDon't do it run its a trap ..
ОтветитьJust the detached garage alone would be a solid no for me. Who wants to walk that far to go to and from your car (especially during winter). Or if your garbage and recycling bins are there, you have to walk back and forth from the house? Not for me. But the house itself is beautiful.
Ответитьthis is a scam home
Ответить😂😂😂😂funny more than half a mill, thanks
ОтветитьProper exhaust fan in kitchen is necessity. Microwave fan circulates back to the house.
Ответить535k to live in a Styrofoam built house so narrow you cant fit a bed in the bedrooms. To park your car where exactly? on the road? building like this should be illegal. Not to mention your stuck in edmonton
Ответитьdont buy homes that look like this, so crammed
ОтветитьNot even double sink in the main washroom after paying over half a mill for a cookie cutter home.
Ответить
