I've been going down the rabbit hole of these types of videos, and appreciate them so much! I'm curious, what level of fluency this spanish would be? C1? C2? I've been studying for ~5 months and am slowly gaining confidence in my speaking abilities, but talking like this still seems wildly outside anything I'll ever be capable of, haha.

Tu español suena ibérico, para mí que soy colombiano 🇨🇴 , sin embargo ya que haces la salvedad de tu paso por las islas Canarias pues sí logro notar esa familiaridad con nuestros acentos latinos ( de hecho nuestro español latinoamericano viene precisamente de las islas canarias históricamente hablando ) … eso sí, al principio del video cuando mencionabas el tema de “Alicante” dijiste “iba a ser una semana normal” y eso sonó absolutamente caribeño, antillano, quizá cubano, dominicano u otro… pero después se estabilizó en ibérico ( o “españolete” como solemos decirle coloquial y despectivamente a ese acento ) … por supuesto es sólo mi propia impresión … 😎 ✌🏼️

Tu acento es neutro. Y, uno podría notar que eres extranjera pero es mejor tener acento neutro para que la gente te pueda entender (:
