Heavy Metal Gamer Show: HMG VS Fred Fuchs - 5 Years Later - Retrospective/Max Level 9999 Lolcow Shit

I'll put a comment when I'm done listening to the whole thing, but just wanted to throw a comment in the ring at the start of it.

I don't know how I discovered the sons of kojima, but I loved listening to their streams. I thought it was funny and mostly harmless until you got towards the end of their life cycle. When you used to call in or put a message in and say some of the most ridiculous over the top stuff, I thought it was funny. I also admired they're overall stance about not profiting off of dsp. There were other people that were just restreaming his content uncut and doing very little work for it, like Tevin. I tried to watch a couple of his streams and it would just be him sitting there watching the picture in a picture and occasionally chewing.

I also bought one of the hoodies when they were raising money for the well in africa. I didn't necessarily agree with their point of doing it, that they were going to show up DSP by showing what he could be doing with his time, but it was for a good cause.

I also think it was really prophetic when they managed to get metoker on the call. He told them it wasn't great that they focused on one person, they should diversify, and that they should start to unclench a little. He said it was going to end badly for them, and it did.

I followed a chunk of them on Twitter after everything ended. Eventually I unfollowed I think it was Moogle because he tied his account to a bot that just kept tweeting pictures of bacon. Fraulein I think I still follow but doesn't tweet anymore, and Che I believe was the one who went on to Kiwi Farms and Spilled a whole bunch of details.

I still think that one of the funniest videos I ever watched was the stream where one of them had to open and eat a can of surstroming.

And I might change my mind by the end of this video depending on what you say, but I also feel a little bad for fred. From the stuff I remember coming out, the reality was he was a child trying to act like an adult because he was hanging out with people that were much older than him. Fraulein for example was a mother in Australia and I want to say the rest of them were at least College age. And my understanding is he was at most early High school. People at that age tend to be overly passionate, and instead of other people in the group trying to moderate each other, as much as they all said after the fact, it really looks like they were just all aging each other on and I think only c h e was honest enough to admit it.

I'll say this one last thing about them. They didn't direct heat or trolling attempts at dsp. They would watch clips of his gaming and comment on it, and they were kind of like a drama alert channel strictly for him which at the time there was plenty of content. Combine that with their strict policy of not making any money for themselves off of his efforts, and they were pretty good for what they were considering what the world is like now

Funny enough recently Fred’s PSN username got leaked. It’s on Twitter. Idk how this person found it but it’s out there.

Idk who could watch three hours of your shitty retelling of what happened. You’re the same guy that had a breakdown over fake accounts sending you things about your gf and accusing people of being behind it with no evidence at all. But go off king enjoy your like what? 500 views xD. You want to be the unsung hero but really you're no better than Fred . That discord wasn't an adult only discord. It existed as a fan discord hence why people younger than you were in it. I also don't get why you kept rejoining, you weren't popular. If I remember correctly the entire discord divided voice chats because you were so insufferable. You needed to be talked down to like a child by Newt. You'd shit on people like Saika. You'd accuse people of being apart of your beef with soluster like you're awful. I'm glad Fred and the SoK is gone but if people knew what you were like then you'd have no place to talk.
