ОтветитьThat lil 4cyl was moving!
Ответитьreally good driving by the trooper. aggressive yet patient.
ОтветитьThe competition is tough, but I think he might win the dumb*ss of the month award.
ОтветитьI live in Henry County and i cant think for the life of me what stretch of road that is, but is super long. Looks like either Hwy 42 or 23. They were flying. Blackhawk Officer can definitely drive. 💪💪💪💪
Ответить8 tires corner better than 4.
ОтветитьWhat is a blackhawk unit?
ОтветитьUsual suspect
ОтветитьSo what happened to Drafton?? Did Lilly know what he was doing in her car?
ОтветитьI bet after those brake checks , the LEO was happy to use the taser ! ( :
ОтветитьThat cop screamed like a girl a couple times 😂😂😊
ОтветитьThis cop needs anger management
ОтветитьLand whale alert 🚨. Good thing he left that anchor behind.
ОтветитьBlackhawk driver can drive. He’s serious about catching him too!!!
ОтветитьNucklehead of the year award..... How dumb are these people ...how is he better off now than at the service station.....
ОтветитьMaggot
ОтветитьWorst liar ever, you can tell after the officer asks him his name that he pauses and then pretends he didn't hear the question to give him time to think of a lie.
ОтветитьJust the fact that this crackhead was behind the wheel of a BMW was already a huge red flag. 😂😂
ОтветитьWhat I have learned:
Female Cop: Ohh my god, he just ran a stop sign and is pulling over!
Real Cop: Get off the Radio!
Not brake checking, "out-braking".
Ответить"BMW Finds Itself In The Woods After Trying To Outrun Clayton County’s Blackhawk Unit"
I really don't think the BMW cares where it is; All it wants to do is BREAK DOWN~
B M Trouble You.....
Redneck in a BMW.
ОтветитьCop has an anger issue, screaming “get off the radio” like a spoiled little kid
ОтветитьFor a car with 181hp, he sure was giving that Dodge a run for its money!
Ответить1) “I didnt have a licence thats all”
2) “Man Im sorry bro”
3) “I apologise man, i just got no licence”
4) how are the cops allowed to travel at those speeds in single lane residential roads
5) either give the cop a dedicated channel of his own or a LONG holiday
6) those scratches will buff right out with a bit of spit & wax polish!!
Now we have killer goon squads in unmarked black cars.. whats next killer laser drones. This should be illegal
ОтветитьNo one is catching my BMW. 😁😁
ОтветитьLittle boy couldn’t get away in a base bmw, it’s the driver not the car
Ответить😂😂 when dei gets a badge
ОтветитьThis cop needs to take some anger management classes. :D He should be able to deal with the radio traffic. 😂😂😂
ОтветитьI’ve always thought that Clayton county deps could drive but damn this guy really showed out. Stayed on the runner like a fly on stink.
Ответить👮🏻♂️ - “No, I don’t think you heard me right. I said DON’T drive off.”
ОтветитьYou know your life is going nowhere when you get arrested in a creek bed
ОтветитьA white criminal in Clayton County? Man, you think you've seen everything, then they surprise you!
Ответитьwho says chargers dont handle well??😂
ОтветитьWhat a stupid woman. Smoking a cigarette around gas pumps. Neither she nor the suspect have any brains.
ОтветитьDefinition of a millisecond - the time it took the Blackhawk officer to go out of the car once it stopped and reach the perp
ОтветитьWould of lost him if he just stayed on the highway 💀
ОтветитьThat cop is a serious liability. He cannot control his emotions as shown when screaming to get off the radio. He will be the cause of a major lawsuit one day or worse.
Ответитьalso why you should always have a weapon light if you are LE.
Ответитьcoolest cop cars
ОтветитьSlim Shady is Stomping that 340 !!
ОтветитьNeed for speed ending
ОтветитьAwesome Police work!
ОтветитьWas that Eminem?
ОтветитьLong report but worth the read this guy ran for a whole lot more than being suspended. a literal pharmacy on wheels plus a lot more!!!
On 07/20/2024 at approximately 0154hrs, I, Deputy Ferguson was patrolling the area of Highway 42 and Biscayne Blvd Rex, GA 30273, in reference to an armed robbery that had just occurred in the area of Highway 42 and Rex Rd at the Amaaco gas station, when I observed a White 2023 BMW 530E at 6551 Highway 42 Rex, GA 30273 (Texaco gas station), parked and sitting in front of the store entrance, not in a parking spot. Upon making contact with the vehicle, it drove and parked at a gas pump where a female, identified as J. Drafton (other), exited the front passenger seat. I spoke with the Drafton, and asked what were they doing parked in front of the store? Drafton stated that they recently purchased the vehicle, and they did not know how to put it in park, where I requested her to sit back in the vehicle.
I approached the vehicle on the driver side, where I made contact with a male, identified as Brian Johnson. I asked him the same question and he advised me that he did not know how to put vehicle in park. I requested his driver's license, which he stated he did not have. I collected his name and date of birth, which he provided "Brian James Johnson 07/29/1988". I checked his name through GCIC, which it returned not of file. I requested for an additional Deputy to respond to my location. Drafton exited the vehicle again, and asked her how does she know Johnson? She stated that they were "friends". I approached back to speak with Johnson, I requested him to exit the vehicle, where he accelerated at a high rate of speed, exiting the gas station parking lot, failing to yield the right of way before entering the roadway, northbound on Highway 42.
I returned to my patrol vehicle where I activated my emergency lights and sirens and got behind the vehicle where it failed to stop entering onto I-675N, which a vehicle pursuit was initiated. While behind the vehicle on I-675N, the vehicle approached multiple vehicles from the rear, almost causing multiple vehicle accidents, which its speeds reached to approximately 103mph. The vehicle then erratically lane changed from I-675N to exit onto Forest Pkwy at approximately 112mph. He then proceeded to travel eastbound on Forest Pkwy, in the westbound lanes approaching head on traffic at approximately 65mph. The vehicle then corrected back over to the eastbound lanes, where it improperly stopped in the middle of the roadway in an attempt to brake check me and other Deputies. The vehicle continued traveling eastbound on Forest Pkwy at approximately 84mph, which it disregarded the traffic control device at Forest Pkwy and Bouldercrest Rd, which was red. The vehicle continued traveling at approximately 130mph where he proceeded again to improperly stop to brake check Deputies, where he then turned right to proceed southbound on Stagecoach Rd. He continued traveling at approximately 95mph, which he disregarded the traffic control device at Stagecoach Rd and Rex Rd. While continuing on Stagecoach Rd, approaching East Atlanta Rd in Henry County, a Pursuit Ending Technique was utilized, where the vehicle was stopped off the roadway, where Johnson exited the vehicle and proceeded to flee on foot into the woods.
I exited my patrol vehicle and pursued him on foot and while behind him, I advised him to stop, which he did not. At that time, I removed my duty taser (serial# X4000CFDM), from the holster and deployed it at Johnson twice (X4922CART & X482EWFT9), making contact in his upper and middle back, where the offender fell onto his stomach in a creek bed. I was then able to place Johnson into handcuffs behind his back and escorted him out of the woods to be assessed for his injuries. I placed Johnson into the rear of my patrol vehicle where he was seen by Henry County Emergency Medical Services (HCEMS). While speaking with HCEMS and Deputies, Johnson gave another name of Brian James Blair 07/07/1988 (suspect), which upon checking it through GCIC, I was able to confirm it was him through a photo provided by GCIC/NCIC, and he was wanted out of Clayton County Sheriff's Office for Violation of Probation for Aggravated Assault (warrant# 2019CR01857), and his Non-Commercial driving status was suspended (suspension date 10/01/2018), for Failure to Appear and Child Support Obligations.
A vehicle search was conducted of the listed vehicle, where upon searching the trunk, a black bookbag was located. Upon opening the black bookbag, a Kel-Tec 5.56Cal rifle (serial# PBP80), was located, loaded; another brown bag was discovered inside the black bookbag, which upon opening it; a Smith & Wesson SD9 VDE handgun (serial# FBA8791) was located, also loaded; a blue shoulder bag was also located in the black bookbag; upon opening it, a tan Taurus G2C handgun (serial# ADE384789), was located, also loaded.
Further search of the vehicle, a gray and black mini bookbag was located in the rear passenger floorboard. Upon opening it, a clear sandwich bag was discovered which contained multiple clear and multi-colored baggies banded together; 2 needle syringes, not used; a black smoking pipe with drug residue; 2 clear bags containing a green leafy material, determined to be marijuana (weighing approximately 19.4 grams); a clear sandwich bag containing mushrooms, which is a psilocybin, a schedule II narcotic (weighing approximately 5 grams) ; a brown container which contained a crystal like substance, which was determined to be crystal methamphetamine, a schedule I narcotic (weighing approximately 15.1 grams); an orange prescription bottle with no labels containing approximately 20 blue pills, which was determined to be Alprazolam, a schedule IV narcotic, weighing approximately 5.9 grams).
Another black book shoulder bag was discovered behind the driver seat, upon opening the main compartment, 3 Georgia Driver's licenses were located, belonging to Tomernicea Chambliss (victim); Tarrance Terrell (victim); Moosa Siddiqui (victim); a Florida Identification Card belonging to Charles McCloud (victim); and a District of Columbia identification card, Colombia passport, and US Customs Border and Department of Homeland Security documents belonging to Christian Fabian Caicedo-Huaca (victim). None of the documents located had Blair's name on them or had any connection to him to have in his possession. The vehicle search was complete finding nothing further.
I walked back to my patrol vehicle where I read Blair his Miranda Rights which he understood and agreed to answer questions and speak with me. I questioned him about obtaining the vehicle? Blair stated that he had just acquired the vehicle approximately 30mins prior in Forest Park from a friend named "Lilly". I asked him why did he fail to stop for emergency lights and sirens? He admitted that he was scared because he did not have a license. I then asked him why he continued to flee placing citizens in danger? Blair admitted because he knew violated probation. I questioned him about the black bookbag containing the firearms in the trunk and asked him was it his? Blair stated he had no knowledge of the black bookbag or firearms inside of the trunk. I then questioned him about the black and gray bag that was located in the vehicle behind the passenger seat and the contents in it. Blair again stated that he had no knowledge about the black and gray mini bookbag in the vehicle. I then questioned him about the black shoulder bag behind the driver seat containing the documents. Blair admitted the black shoulder containing the documents was his, stating he found the documents approximately two weeks ago, and was going to place them into the blue mailbox.
I completed questioning with Blair, which I advised him that he was placed under arrest and requested a wrecker to the scene. Tara Wrecker arrived on scene where the vehicle was impounded. Blair was transported to the Clayton County Jail where Intake Officers took custody of him to book him into Intake. I transported all evidence found to the Clayton County Sheriff's Office where it was properly bagged and tagged and placed into evidence locker #5. All photos of evidence are attached to this report. This incident was captured on my Body Worn Camera (BWC).
