Healthy mindset for weight loss, what I'm doing different to help me lose weight. I have been working on my mindset for successful weight loss as I need to lose 100 pounds. I have tried many times to lose weight and sometimes I'm successful, sometimes I am not. I always gain the weight back. So because I'm starting a weight loss journey 2021 I decided that working on mindset would benefit me.
I've never explored why I'm overweight and why I always gain weight and journaling is one of the things I am doing.
Working on mindset for weight loss, especially since I'm on a plus size weight loss journey 2021, seems like a no brainer but I have never done it before. I really love doing the mindset work and I am really benefitting from doing the work! Journaling, gratitude journaling, affirmations are all the things I'm currently doing to help with my mindset on losing weight.
I am documenting my 2021 weight loss journey in my 2021 weight loss video and I ask myself-Can I lose 100 pounds? It is so overwhelming to think about losing 100 pounds and I am finding that having a healthy mindset for weight loss is a game changer. I truly feel that you need to have healthy mindset for successful weight loss and long term success. I'm working on this and I feel I will need to focus on this for the rest of my life...but I enjoy it and it feels natural to me!
What I'm doing different to help me lose weight this weight loss journey has been joyful to me. I feel happier and lighter and I don't feel the pressure that I normally feel when I start a weight loss journey. I am truly grateful for working on mindset for weight loss. I really feel like I have found the missing piece in my previous weight loss journeys and I am giving myself the best chance for successful weight loss and I will lose 100 pounds!
