ОтветитьMy family makes big meatballs… they’re not meant to be eaten on top of spaghetti… they’re always a side.
Another thing that’s really good if anyone’s wondering is when you’re cooking your sauce is to have hard boiled eggs
My mom always puts the meatballs raw in the sauce. They come out sooooooo juicy and gives the sauce an amazing flavor.
Ответитьdo not taste the raw meat.
ОтветитьI just made your dish and I have to tell you your meatballs are to die for! My mother never made meatballs and usually preferred boleganse sauce. She dropped! YOU ROCK! Thank You!

ОтветитьAs soon as he took that first bite my mouth started to water. You can actually taste it…now i’m hungry and there’s nothing in the fridge🤷🏻♂️
ОтветитьAs a young boy in the early ‘60’s, i’d watch my mom and my grandma (mama)in the kitchen making the meatballs, and the pig-skin braciole…all the ingredients are identical, except they also added ground veal, along with the ground beef and the ground pork…and they would always taste the raw meat mixture to make sure nothing was missing from the meatball mix…nobody ever got sick, so…
