Basic Freediving Lesson (Azul Freediving)

This is just a City Diving lesson with 16ft deep pool located at PhilSports Arena in Pasig City.
This is open for all non swimmer and beginners.

Basically free diving is the sport or activity of diving under water without the use of breathing apparatus, especially in deep water. Here in the Philippines we have Azul Freediving for more info you can visit their page on Facebook.

And if you want to learn swimming in just 5 session which is so unbelievable to learn from zero knowledge, believe me when you are in 5th session you'll see yourself that you can now swim alone and this will be possible if you learn it with our certified swimming instructor Griin from SwimTravelPh and certified freediving instructor VAL from Azul Freediving.
