You’re using the wrong cloth to clean that screen. Best cloths I’ve found are the cheap multi colored microfibers from harbor freight.

Windex (as well as many eye glass cleaners) will erode the surface of displays that are treated with a laminate or film.

Isopropyl Alcohol 99% is a much safer cleaning solution than Windex to directly apply to a display surface.
