I enjoy you dig a little deeper. otherwise, why bother? Boilerplate statements to me, usually don't hold my interest.

You never hear about the effect of fat on UA. Makes sense it could be the only thing going wrong on a nominally healthy keto fat adapted metabolism. Is there anything published on this?

Thanks, so much, doc! For omega 3 supplementation would you recommend krill oil? And if so what brand would be the cleanest? Thanks again!! So appreciate you!

I had a bit of gout in my right middle knuckle, and it went away as soon as I eliminated my morning apple--fructose! For omega 3, I use salmon, sable, and grass-fed ribeye.

Thank you for your fine videos. May I ask what type of physician are you? Allopathic, osteopathic, chiropractic, physical therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist, MD or PhD?

There's nothing funny about a gout attack, but yet it's funny how the big toe is the mascot for all things gout. Gout can hit any joint and multiple areas all at once as I've experienced since 2010. Bed ridden I've been. I too am a fitness and health nut but beer was my reward for being a hard worker; a six pack a night of the good stuff like Goose Island IPA. However, I am a full time, fully active drummer in the Nashville music industry 30 years running and my body absolutely must be in top condition. I had to completely abstain from alcohol. Every time I went a year without an attack I would permit myself to drink again only to get a gout attack a mere month after consumption of any regularity. Relieved to say that the combination of avoiding alcohol and ensuring proper potassium intake (eating well and exercising as a given), I am not only gout free but have experienced a major improvement in muscle mass, strength, stamina and my arms, legs and feet are vascular again like I was when I was 17. I swear everything can be related to nutrition and the mind follows the body. Thanks for this video !

Doc, what omega 3 supplement do you recommend? Some YTuber MDs say heat sealed factory capsules and oils go rancid quickly and we should eat canned fishes instead. I doubt I could consume enough cans? What source and what is the appropriate amount of Omega 3? Daily?
