bro thinks he is a California mansion
ОтветитьI don't know if I could sleep in a house with that many lights on. The electricity bill would give me nightmares.
ОтветитьSad to sell my house.
ОтветитьNice digs, but I found the presentation too artsy fartsy.
ОтветитьNAILED IT❤
ОтветитьAll I need is $59 million....lol😢😮😅😊😂❤
Ответитьaint no one paying 60 million for that.. you could build something to your own tastes (and much better) in the same neighborhood for 40 million less
ОтветитьHorrible presentation of this beautiful home… every shot was too fast, couldn’t get an image of anything. And enough with the drone footage!
ОтветитьFrom what I've heard, the climate in Canada is harsh. This was taken, probably, on those 15 days of the year that are sunny. The rest of the year, snow, snow, snow, rain, mud, snow, snow, snow. Then why a nice house in ugly climate.?
ОтветитьBuilt c.1999 on one acre. Designed by architect Russell Hollingsworth (son of the esteemed Fred Hollingsworth). Owned by a past/current mining gazillionaire.
ОтветитьWhat a Smokeshow of a house that view from the pool in the daytime and night time is absolutely perfect🫡

ОтветитьVancouver 😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьFar too many cuts. I'm sure it's a lovely home but the film doesn't showcase it.
ОтветитьNobody will ever entertain this listed price. Doubt it would even it were 20,000sq ft. Not even close but hope it does
ОтветитьDoes it include the Aston Martin?
ОтветитьThis really screams “Get rid of your staws you peasants the oceans are rising”
ОтветитьBut where? I have a Penthouse in Singapore for the same price as yours… location, location, location as always, buddy.
ОтветитьHermosa arquitectura, me gusta
ОтветитьIncredible, and some how cozy at the same time.
Ответитьbeautiful
ОтветитьSo almost $60 million for a house and a full staff 24 hour glass cleaning crew. Beautiful but a total nightmare for a coastal
Home.
It is a beautiful house . It is warm and inviting. It feel like it would be a peaceful place to be. Tranquility
ОтветитьWithout freedom, luxury means nothing.
ОтветитьSuch a cozy house. I love how the stone integrates seamlessly between the cliff side and inside of the living room.
ОтветитьThis should be 3330 Radcliffe Ave - very nice
ОтветитьHow much tax per year?
ОтветитьWow. Amazing home. Serious Frank Lloyd Wright vibes. Love it.
ОтветитьWe must bulldoze this to make affordable housing for new canadians.
ОтветитьGOD JESUS CHRIST LOVES YOU AND DIED FOR YOU AT THE CROOS FOR YOUR SINS . GOD IS COMING SOON TO THE EARTH REPENT OF ALL YOUR SINS ........ ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOR. HE IS KING OF KINGS. HE CREATED YOU . don't wait one day more to come to him . tomorrow can be late / HELL IS REAL .
Ответить58.8M LoL
Why not ask 1 billion?
Really awesome property.
I dont know about the price of Vancouver land but for the house i’d give 30 mil.
Back in the day, when I purchased my first home to live-in; that was Miami in the early 1990s, first mortgages with rates of 8 to 9% and 9% to 10% were typical. People will have to accept the possibility that we won't ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Pretty sure I'm not alone in my chain of thoughts.
ОтветитьExtremely bad editing.
ОтветитьI had to revisit..💚
ОтветитьAbsolutely glorious!
ОтветитьThis ist really nice 😊
ОтветитьI was just wondering how many years it took from planning to project completion.
ОтветитьStunning and beautiful.
ОтветитьIf I had that kind of money I would be leaving Canada . Not buying some overpriced glass piece
ОтветитьThis would be an amazing place to live, but the NDP run the show.
ОтветитьIt’s beautiful but it’s grossly overpriced.
Ответить💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
ОтветитьUGH!!! So it's obviously a nice home but holy hell - I have seen $5,000,000 homes I would rather live in than this. This is snobbery at it's finest....
A recent ten million home had tennis courts, a bowling alley, 4 car parking etc.... which I think is excessive but to get all that and save $40 million. Canada is fucked.
An homage to Frank Lloyd Wright ❤
ОтветитьI cannot deny that this is a stunning combination of location and architecture, but $58M? How many people could be helped by that kind of money.
ОтветитьSadly, it's in Canada
ОтветитьPut this house on hold for me. Just need to put my life savings on dogecoin and watch it 1000000x then i can afford the down payment!
ОтветитьThinking how much more beautiful this would be with a much more natural looking landscape.
ОтветитьThanks for watching. Don't forget to share your thoughts and subscribe :) Enjoy!
