an architect's special attempt of re-interpreting the malibu spirit and a commission hunter without a clue.
if you cancel out all that guy's crap talk and play some beach boys theme instead, you get the idea.
There's so much wood in this house so when a fire light up, you risk losing your house. Additionally, you might need a home insurance on top of house price (home insurance are more expensive now than before).
ОтветитьWhat I'll never, ever understand about Malibu is how many houses are so far down the beach, that the beach becomes unusable. What's the point? More money than brains, I guess.
ОтветитьLots of wood. That house would burn n 5 minutes n a fire!
ОтветитьHas a wonderful Frank L. Wright feel on the inside.
ОтветитьWorlds ugliest home
ОтветитьThe interior screams of Frank LLyod Wright influences
ОтветитьThe most liar real state agent.
ОтветитьIt was really fun to watch. I hope I have the honor of living in a house like this one day. İzlemesi gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Umarım bir gün böyle bir evde yaşama şerefine erişirim.
ОтветитьWith rising sea levels, there is no way I will have a home at the edge of the water.
ОтветитьToo much wood, but perfect location
ОтветитьBeautiful house in a special place, nice tour Enes! Have a great Christmas everyone!🎅
Ответитьwait so what happened to Mikey
ОтветитьThere needs to be a Key and Peele sketch about you and Arvin
ОтветитьAnswering the Question: How low will Enes go? The only feature of this episode worthy of your much-overused “INCREDIBLE!” is that this horribly dated teardown made it to international notice. Diss your viewers much?($$)?
ОтветитьThe practicality of living in this home is laughable
Would be impossible to live here full time
Holiday home maybe but still a nightmare
Saltwater damage to the wood etc
Where are the doors etc, imagine most days when the wind would be blowing right through the whole house and the interior damage that would cause 🤷♀️
Looks amazing but reality would be a lot different I think
Great video tho
Thats such a great channel, Enes and the cameraman, great job
ОтветитьThis is a beautifully tasteful bespoke home away from home.
What a welcoming price, too (for the fortunate wealthy investor who has this in their portfolio).
I would rather have this house than any other Malibu house I've seen, its styled beautifully and I especially love those rocks just peeking above the water, that will make that view very interesting for watching the wildlife that lands on them at low tide.
ОтветитьFantastic work
Yet another classic video for those great architecture properties. Keep up the great work and the fans will follow this channel as long as possible 👌💪✌️
My favorite part of the tour is Enes use of the word “species” when talking about the dowels on the railing. Well done.
ОтветитьRequest: Tour a property in SoCal which someone earning $100k per year can afford on a 15 year fixed rate mortgage.
ОтветитьThat sign ...nobody owns the beach ...in that house...on that Location...exactly my humour 😂
ОтветитьPretty sure Charlie Harper lives a couple houses down
ОтветитьEpic.
ОтветитьThis would be the perfect place to see a private showing of Ms. Angelina Jordan's new Jazzy song "Bad Valintine" Piano Diaries. "OMG.!!! - Yes.!!!" Must see this from Ms. AJ... Thank U / Happy Holidays 2024 / DD.
ОтветитьI luv Bu! If I had money I would live that close 2 the ocean. Hearing the waves at night is Heaven ❣️💋
ОтветитьI love how you all are covering so much of this property. Such a fun tour and a great home.
ОтветитьWhat an eclectic library….the whole house is this way. A wonderful home.
ОтветитьI can tell you both really enjoyed this tour. Thanks for doing it for all of us and happy holidays!
ОтветитьOk. Last comment I promise. You all’s production quality really shines in all your tours, but this one really takes the cake. speaking of chef’s kisses….well done production team.
ОтветитьWay too close to the shoreline!
ОтветитьDreams become nightmares when tsunamis or catastrophic earthquakes rip those mansions apart!
ОтветитьBeautiful home ruined by over use of cluttered wooden fixtures all throughout that wreck the aesthetic. It’s orange in every room 🤦🏻♂️. This house would have looked amazing with an organic modern palette with soft earth tone furnishings and fixtures.
ОтветитьWhole damn house feels like a Japanese sauna 😤😤🤦🏻♂️😂😂😂
Ответить15 million? In Malibu?
ОтветитьWelcome to my house 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьWow, Enes! This Malibu Cove Colony home is an absolute dream—what a masterpiece of design and craftsmanship! The wood finishes and custom curved millwork, resembling the waves, were simply stunning. I loved how the stacked stone exterior facade seamlessly carried through to the interior, and the interlocking stone and wood flooring designs were a true showstopper. The finger-joint railing is such an artistic touch—it adds a unique design element that ties the spaces together beautifully.
This home truly embodies 'dream on the beach.' The golden cypress floors perfectly complemented the gold, brown, beige, and cream tones of the stacked stone, creating a warm, calming, and welcoming atmosphere. The furnishings were expertly staged for this mid-century modern gem, and the abundance of natural light through the various transom and picture windows added to its charm. Of course, the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop stole the show, offering breathtaking views right in the backyard.
The organic ethos of the design stood out, especially in the family room with its lush greenery, natural tones, and lovely courtyard for indoor-outdoor relaxation. The skylights, planters, and built-in workstation made the living room feel serene yet functional, while the wooden metal dowel railing brought an artsy touch throughout. The fabricated copper sinks were another standout feature, as were the warm cypress panels that beautifully mirrored the golden hues of a sunset.
The beach-level surf shack was a brilliant addition—practical and perfect for any beach lover! The nighttime drone footage was just magical, capturing the golden cypress tones of the hardwood floors and the incredible ambiance of the oceanfront setting. The connection between rooms, particularly the main-level spaces for entertaining, was so thoughtfully designed—ideal for gatherings and making memories.
Jay Vanos truly outdid himself with this architectural marvel. Enes, your detailed tour and thoughtful commentary made this home come to life. Thank you for showcasing such an extraordinary property!

ОтветитьJust wondering why the owners are selling this piece of dream property as described by the one and only Enes Yilmazer...Every property he's shown is like his dream property, thankfully we all can dream like Enes..
ОтветитьIs it just me or the house feels a bit narrow and constricting?
ОтветитьBeen watching Enes for 14 years exactly back when he was in his wind surfing arc and then found his passion through showing us beautiful real estate. I was 8 at the time of first watching now I’m 22. It’s been a sweet ride Enes, hopefully you can give me a tour of a home I can buy in a few years 😢🎉
ОтветитьOG Caifornians know the true value of having a yard and privacy.
What’s our coastline going to look like for our next generations?
I need to do research on Malibu’s insurance policies. The big corporations already stopped coverage in at-risk counties in Florida.
This home is the epitome of quality over quantity. It has so much personality, so much warmth, and so many thoughtful details. I would love to see more homes like this, and like Ardie Taravangian's homes. Developers should take note of this type of design.
ОтветитьExposed steel beams passed off as art 😖
I wouldn’t want that for any priced home, y’all good with it?
I'm speechless. And jelous.
ОтветитьReally nice house! Perfect location and modernized mid-century style decor…sweet 😁 with superb craftsmanship too. Lower priced (if you can call 15 million low priced!) than I was expecting too, by about half!
ОтветитьAs a german i have to point out that this house would be super hard to keep clean from dust.
