Please correct your otherwise wonderfully clear and highly useful animation video and delete the completely incorrect term, polymer, from describing a triglyceride. This is totally wrong. A polymer is when many identical molecules can form long connected molecules called polymers. Since none of the similar fatty acids are connected to each other, rather, they are connected to a glycerol, they are not a polymer, they are a triglyceride, which is not a polymer. Ask any polymer chemist.

A simple and straightforward video that makes sense. It was a pleasure to watch it and it made me want to ask some questions. In short -- excellent!
